Melinda Joy Nail, lovingly known as Mindy, passed away on August 1, 2025, in Plano, Texas. She was 56 years old and had been residing in Colbert, Oklahoma.
Mindy was born on January 11, 1969, in Spring Branch, Texas, in the Houston area, to Jim and Linda (Connelly) Nail. In her younger years, she was an avid dancer and enjoyed clogging, often performing at local parades and events in Denison. Dancing was a cherished part of her life and brought her much joy.
She spent many years working alongside her father as a hostess for his limousine service until his retirement and her own health challenges.
Mindy is survived by her father, Jim Nail. She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Nail, and her daughter.
No formal services are being held.
