Julia L. Brouer, 77, of Denison passed away at Beacon Hill on Tuesday, June 3, 2014.
Julia was born in Denison on September 19, 1936, the daughter of Lewis P. and Yuma Prewitt Pipkin. She graduated from Denison High School and retired from Texas Instruments, where she worked on the assembly line. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Denison Funeral Home Friday, June 6, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Danny Broughton will officiate. Private burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
Julia is survived by her daughter, Kathy Randolph and her husband, Tim of Denison; sister, Joyce Sikes of Denison and grandson, Travis Randolph of McKinney.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Fred Pipkin and James Pipkin.
Arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Denison Funeral Home.
