Frances Bayman

Frances Virginia Bayman, 91, of Allen, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2025. She was born on September 9, 1933, in Fink, Texas, to Harold Victor Jones and Lillian Watson.
Frances was a proud graduate of Denison High School and went on to earn her degree from Texas Woman’s University. A woman of many passions, she was an avid runner and tennis player, and found great joy in reading books and magazines throughout her life.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Frances is survived by her children, James Morrison Bayman and wife Miriam Stark, Thomas Crawford Bayman and wife Athena, and Michael Bayman. She was lovingly known as "Mimi" to her grandchildren: Nova Sanchez, Catherine Bayman, Maxwell Bayman, Aleana Bayman "Meimei", and Skylar Bayman. Her legacy continues through her three great-grandchildren: Brenna Bayman, Michael William Bayman, and Olivia Bayman.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Morrison (Bill) Bayman; her son, William Harold Bayman; and her parents.
A funeral service honoring Frances’s life will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow, 401 W Woodard Street, Denison, Texas. She will be laid to rest following the service at Georgetown Cemetery in Pottsboro, Texas.

Forty five years ago I married Thomas and little did I know, that I would gain the best treasure….a mother. Fran welcomed me with open arms and became the mother I did not have. She was passionate about life and was an avid learner throughout her life. I reflect on all the joyful times….holidays, celebrations, family get togethers and choose not to dwell in sorrow for our loss but honor a life well lived. Fran is with her beloved Bill and parents Harold & Lillian, looking down at us in peace. You are forever in my heart.
