Mark Vernon McGaughey, 50, passed away at his residence on Monday, February 10, 2014.
Services will be planned at a later date out of state.
There will be a come and go potluck dinner from 2-4 p.m., Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at his house at 172 Mill Creek Resort Road for his friends and family to honor his memory.
Mark was born on October 15, 1963 in Natchez, Miss. to Earl C. McGaughey and Catherine Donovan Suadi.
Survivors include his mother, Catherine M. Suadi; brothers, Scott McGaughey and Earl F. McGaughey; sisters, Mary Turner, Jeane McGaughey, Laurie McGaughey, Karen Goodwin and Theresa McGaughey. He was preceded in death by his father, Earl C. McGaughey, his paternal and maternal grandparents and one nephew.
Arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Denison Funeral Home.
