Robert Jones, 59, died Friday at his home in Pottsboro.
Robert was born September 12, 1956, in Sherman to Bill and Effie Jones. He attended Pottsboro schools. Robert married Joyce Everitt June 16, 1978, in Pottsboro. He was happiest outdoors and spending time with his family.
Robert is survived by his parents Bill and Effie Jones of Denison; two brothers, John Jones of Sherman and Frank Jones of Denison; his wife of 37 years Joyce Jones of Pottsboro; and their three daughters, Starla Jones, Rebecca Jones of Sherman, and Jada Lease, her husband Jeff, and their three children, Jenelle, Jinger and Jewel Lease of Sherman.
Family visitation will be Monday evening, April 11, from 6 pm to 7 pm at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Denison Chapel located in Pottsboro. Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 1:30 pm at Georgetown Cemetery.
Arrangements are under Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Denison Funeral Home.
