Judge Budra was the municipal judge when I started as a young officer with Pottsboro PD 25 years ago. An absolute servant of his community, and intelligence that rolled seamlessly from his mind. Always smiling and such a great disposition. Pottsboro and Grayson County has lost a pillar of our community. My upmost respect for him and condolences to all of his family
To Linda Budra and the Budra Family —
With deep regret I noted the Obit for Frank this AM.
Having shared friendship with Frank for a number of years — there now is a “gap”. I will truly miss seeing Frank’s ever-smiling face and pleasant attitude !
Respectfully — John P. Tyson M.D.

Pottsboro will miss this great man. I served on the City Council for three years and will always remember how he put Pottsboro’s future in perspective for me. I respected his leadership greatly.
I worked with Frank at Texoma Medical Center was young at the time, Showed me kindness, and taught me good work ethics. He just had such a easy way of explaining that you could understand, and even when I would see him at the store, he always spoke to me, and remembered my son. To family I am sorry for your loss, a true kind, caring person . Diane Godsey.
