Jeanne Witcher, 61, of Pottsboro, Texas, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2026, in Denison, Texas. She was born on November 4, 1964, in Windham, Connecticut, to Roger and Kathaleen (Robinson) Witcher. Jeanne shared many meaningful years of marriage with the love of her life, Stephanie Raifsnider. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to family and each other. They loved to fish and be on the water which is why they left the “big city” and found their happy place on the lake in Pottsboro, Texas in 2018. Jeanne was a caring wife, mother, sister, and friend. She cherished time spent with those she loved most, especially her daughter, Meagan, and her loyal and beloved French bulldog, Bruno Douglas, who was always by her side. She is survived by her spouse, Stephanie Raifsnider of Pottsboro, Texas; daughter, Meagan Witcher of The Colony, Texas; their cherished Frenchie, Bruno Douglas; her brothers, Jim Witcher and wife Vida of Austin, Texas, and Stephen Akins; her in-laws, Chester and Louise Raifsnider of Glen Rose, Texas; her brother-in-law, Carl Raifsnider; and her sister-in-law, Rene Youngblood and husband Richard. As well as her nephews, Max Witcher, Joey Skinner and wife Bethany, Pike Raifsnider, Brink Raifsnider and Kiann Raifsnider; and her niece Brooklyn Youngblood and fiancé Thomas Pecarraro. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Kathaleen Witcher. A celebration of life for Jeanne will take place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 1:00 pm at the VFW in Pottsboro, Texas.   7. I worked at Atlantic Relocation with Jeannie, who is a beautiful woman, inside and out! Hung out with her and Steph and Meagan, in the Colony home they had.

    Then moved to Pottsboro , her and Steph! What a beautiful place there.. I always knew Jeannie loved the lake, the views and sunset cruises down the lake in her party barge!!

    Love you Jeannie! My condolences to Steph, Meagan and the rest of the family!
