JoAnn M. Duncan, 82, died Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Texoma Medical Center.
Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 26, 2017 at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Pottsboro with The Reverend Nancy Powers and Reverend Virgie Holbrook officiating.
JoAnn was born in San Leandro, CA. on March 14, 1935, the daughter of Wayne and Agnes Lunn Duncan. She graduated from San Leandro High School and retired from Boeing Aircraft in 1995 after 20 years of service. She was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church.
JoAnn is survived by her sisters, Jean Warner and Janice Nelson both of California and friends, Pat Wilson and Sally Davis both of Pottsboro and Myrna Collins and Brent Anderson both of Sherman.
She was preceded in death by her parents and Myrtice Jones.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA, 8411 Stacy Rd/ FM 720, McKinney, TX 75070.
Arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Denison Funeral Home.
