Joe Clinton Young, 57, passed away on September 25, 2026. He was born on February 25, 1969, in Gainesville, Texas, to Kenneth and Jane Young.

Joe attended Sugar Land High School and spent his working career as an insurance adjuster. Outside of work, Joe had a passion for history, antiques, and finding treasures with a story to tell. He especially loved anything rusty and could often be found visiting garage sales and estate sales in search of unique items. He had booths at a local antique store, where he displayed and shared many of the vintage treasures he collected. Joe enjoyed restoring vintage artifacts and appliances, giving old and forgotten items a new life.

Joe married Traci Young and spent many wonderful years together. He will be remembered and deeply missed by his mother, Jane Barnett; his son, Mason Young and wife, Alex; daughters, Elizabeth Young and July Gradel and husband, Michael; grandchildren, Caroline, Shephard, James, and Matthew; stepmother Gloria Young, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father, Kenneth Young, and his stepfather Tommy Barnett.
